End User License Agreement (Template Policies)

The purchase of a template grants you, the Purchaser, access and use of the template for one Dubsado brand account only. The following limitations apply to this license:

• You may not reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, redistribute, exploit, or share any of the generators, tutorials, guides, generators, or resources, whether in part or full.
• You may not claim ownership of any templates, source code, or design, and may not remove any copyright notations from the resources and codes provided.

Search & Grow holds every right to terminate this license should you be in violation of any of these restrictions. Upon termination of this license, you are required to destroy any and all downloaded materials in your possession.

Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of our products, all products are non-refundable. We cannot issue any refunds or exchanges after the purchase has been made. Please contact us if you have any questions before purchasing.

Template Updates

Whilst every effort will be taken to ensure compatibility with Dubsado, we cannot give long-term guarantee that the template will be compatible with future versions of Dubsado. Search & Grow reserves the right to discontinue a template without prior notice.

Dubsado

You will need a Dubsado subscription in order to use our templates—however, you are able to sign up for a free unlimited account (with no time restrictions). Your purchase does not include a Dubsado subscription.
