Award-winning cinematic film-makers based in Lake Tahoe, Dax & Pao Victorino were looking for Dubsado forms that would match their travel-inspired website. When they approached me, their client experience involved sending welcome and pricing guides in the form of text-heavy PDFs, or just emails full of information, and they found that client’s weren’t even reading them. Although we could have re-created their information on their website, making best use of smart fields would give their clients a more personal experience.
